Commercial Property Proration Program
For commercial properties, this means you will only be charged for the actual work completed. Often during the dry months of summer there will be areas of large lawns that will not require mowing. If this applies to your lawn, we will not mow these areas and will only charge for the percentage of the lawn we do mow. Over the course of the season this could potentially save you hundreds of dollars.
Neighborhood Discount
When 2 or more of your neighbors sign a seasonal contract for mowing both of you will receive a savings of $5 off each mowing.
Referral Program
- If a friend or neighbor that you referred signs a seasonal mowing contract you will receive a free lawn mowing on us!
- Refer any of your friends or neighbors to the other services we offer (spring clean-up, powerwashing, pruning, etc.) and you will receive a $25 bonus when a service of $125 or more is completed.
- Simply ask for one of our referral cards and your friends will receive a 10% discount also. Don’t forget to write your name and address on the back so we know which of our valued customers referred them!
